This is a photo diary of artist Paul Neale.
It consists of an ongoing series of images based on his current concerns of image manipulation, the importance of line, the state of the world as seen through the media, advertising images as well as aspects of street photography.
I'd like to see some of these images printed onto bits of waste wood/metal/plastic/fabric found in the street, rather than on slick archival photo paper. Make people think anew about what waste is/isn't. Just an old idea I felt like throwing out. Feel free to dispose of it as you wish.
Dear Mr Muse, What an excellent idea. Now I suppose I will have to visit a variety of builder's skips with a shopping trolly. I will look like a crazy man. Trying to get a piece of wood through a printer could be fun.Or lino. I shaLL MAKE A NOTE IN MY NOTEBOOK.oh, inappropriate capitals from somewhere Silkscreen could be a solution. mmmm...must dash, somewhere out there is a skip with my name on it. Now where did I leave that shopping trolly?
What a very useful idea. Thankyou Paul for your generous input. Do you know, I think I will hunt around for likely supports. Now am I a robot / Well you have not asked the Turing Questions. I will get back to you soon. all the best.
